Activ8 sought funding to bring the Health Hearts programe to Sompting. This was a six week programme which ran in Sompting Village Primary School which taugh children about the importance of keeping active and having a healthy lifestyle. The sessions also taught them about their bodies and why it is important to keep them healthy.
They also sought funding to run a free family fun day.

What an amazing group of children and families we had the pleasure working with on this project. We had a great time looking at the different fruit and vegetables, food groups, body parts and more with the children and adults of Sompting
