Sompting Big Local Hub, is a community space in Sompting. Available for charities, organisations and community groups to use free. Although a small space it is versatile.
The Sompting Big Local Hub is located on The Parade in Cokeham Road (next to One Stop). It is approximately 20 min walk from Lancing train station, however there is a bus service ever 10mins from the station which stops a few yards up the road. There is on-street parking around the Hub.
The Sompting Big Local Hub has a large TV screen, with Chromecast allowing for meetings and presentations to be held. There 9 tub chairs, with 3 silver tables which can be arranged to suit. 6 fold-away tables are located on two walls, which when folded away increases the space in the building (fold-away chairs also provided). Each desk has its own light The venue has Wi-Fi.
For the rest of 2021, we will only be booking 1 group/activity a day. This is so we can make sure systems we have put in place are successful in keeping people safe.
